Provides nursing assistance and patient care to provide for the comfort, safety and personal needs of patients. Assists patients with activities of daily living and performs procedures for physical hygiene and comfort of patients. Performs duties with the construct of a unit-based, self-directed patient care team while sharing various tasks with other licensed and non-licensed members.

As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing nursing assistance and direct patient care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and personal needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting patients with activities of daily living, maintaining hygiene, and collaborating with licensed and non-licensed team members to deliver outstanding care. If you're passionate about oncology and patient well-being, this is the perfect position for you! To succeed in this role, you need a high school diploma or equivalent, and certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. Ideally, you will also hold a Certified Nursing Assistant designation and have at least one year of experience as a Patient Care Technician.
