We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Learning Developer to join our Global Education Services Team. Our mission is to provide world-class learning solutions for NVIDIA’s customers, partners, and employees, focusing on cutting-edge technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality training content, including videos, interactive courseware, and presentations. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical topics into visually engaging and interactive learning experiences. This role requires strong design skills, expertise in video production, and the ability to work independently to manage tasks and workflow efficiently. We are seeking a fast learner who is eager to explore AI-powered authoring tools to enhance training content creation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Produce high-quality training videos, including recording, animation, and editing using Adobe Suite and Camtasia.
Design and build interactive courseware using Articulate Storyline/Rise and AI-powered authoring tools.
Develop visually compelling presentations that enhance learning engagement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create quizzes, certification exams, and assessments.
Manage your own workflow and priorities, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.
Explore and implement AI-based learning tools to enhance training production and improve efficiency.
What We Need to See:
Proven experience in video production, including recording, animation, and editing.
Strong visual design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Captivate.
Ability to learn and integrate AI-powered authoring tools into content development and production.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex technical concepts into intuitive and visually engaging learning experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, and e-learning production.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Impressive portfolio showcasing diverse learning content, including interactive courseware, animated videos and CLI-based training.
Proven experience with advanced training video creation, particularly using Adobe After Effects.
Experience developing training content for complex technical topics, such as networking, AI, or cloud technologies.
Technical background in networks and servers (a plus!).

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
