Product Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded, customer-focused Product Manager to drive our newest product initiative: Dashboards & Visualizations. This role is all about helping customers turn their data into meaningful insights through intuitive, effective visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and engineers to create a best-in-class experience for customers looking to make data-driven decisions with ease.

  • Define requirements and deliver the context necessary for our designers and engineers to create impactful, user-friendly visual solutions
  • Drive the project schedule from design to release, including coordinating market launch and customer adoption
  • Use customer data and feedback to inform design and implementation decisions
  • Test the performance of the new product, refine assumptions, and iterate quickly
  • Help shape the vision and product strategy for the company
  • Demonstrate a real obligation and responsibility towards customers, the product team, and other stakeholders
  • Understand our customers, the data we store for them, our business, and the industries we support
  • Write and own the business cases for your product initiatives
  • Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure a consistent customer experience across products 

Some of the things you'll need to succeed in this role

  • Strong track record of bringing SaaS applications to production quickly and efficiently
  • Experience in product management OR as general manager or CEO of a startup
  • Strong technical background and understanding
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • BI/analytics experience/understanding
  • A growth mindset and a bias for action
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
