About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the Agglayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the Agglayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

Your Role

As a key member of the APAC team, you will play a vital role in expanding the Polygon network by supporting projects that build on our technology and helping them achieve successful launches with lasting impact. Your mission is to cultivate strong relationships with founders and teams, foster strategic collaborations, and provide the guidance needed for projects to scale effectively.

Reporting to the Head of APAC, you will serve as a regional expert on the Polygon network—leveraging your business development expertise and creative problem-solving skills to unlock opportunities across the region. This is a high-impact role centered on ecosystem enablement, where you will guide promising initiatives from concept to market success and drive Polygon network adoption across APAC.

  • Proactively identify synergies between ecosystem participants, facilitating collaborations that accelerate innovation and value creation.

Business Development and Strategic Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities; work with business development representatives to structure and execute strategic initiatives.

  • Translate strategic frameworks into actionable plans, leading project onboarding and growth with precision.

  • Lead complex negotiations that align with the Polygon network's goals, ensuring value-driven outcomes and sustainable growth.

  • Serve as the primary link between external stakeholders and internal teams (marketing, Developer Relations, solution engineering) to enable smooth execution.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Ecosystem Expansion

  • Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies for priority projects, incorporating marketing, community engagement, and ecosystem activation.

  • Support the full product development lifecycle of strategic partners, ensuring alignment with industry narratives and Polygon Labs' objectives.

  • Monitor and advise on emerging trends, regulatory developments, and strategic opportunities across APAC to guide partner success in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a developer-facing role in web3 (e.g., business development, ecosystem growth, or collaborations).

  • Proven relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to manage expectations effectively.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and regular engagement with web3 applications.
