The Regional Manager of Human Resources will oversee a territory of hospitals to include California and Nevada. The Regional Manager of Human Resources will be responsible for formulating and supervising programs relative to selection, training, promotion, welfare, and other employer/employee relationships for multiple acute care hospital facilities. The Regional Manager will serve as a trusted liaison to the Corporate HR leadership team and is responsible for managing staffing, retention, and labor metrics; participating in interviews; developing personnel record forms; assist with advising with disputes and grievances; making recommendations necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies, and evaluates job requisitions within the hospitals. Additional functions include administering employee welfare and recreation services and serving as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $92,560.00 to $150,141.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
