By equipping these trainers, you’ll extend our impact, ensuring that best practices in safety and de-escalation techniques reach more educators, clinicians, and providers across the country.

What You'll Do
Location & Travel
This role is primarily remote when not traveling, with occasional trips to our North Attleboro, MA office for trainings and team meetings. Candidates should reside in the Greater Boston Metro North area including but not limited to: Arlington, Belmont, Burlington, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Watertown, Wilmington, Winchester, Winthrop, and Woburn.
Due to the frequent travel required, Master Trainers should be based within one hour of Logan Airport (BOS).

Annual Salary: $88,000 - $98,000 plus bonus and COLA increase annually
