Radiant is excited to find a Software Engineer - Simulation to join our innovative team in El Segundo, California. As a clean energy startup, we aim to transform the future with the Kaleidos 1MW microreactor, the world's first portable, zero-emissions power source. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in physics or mechanical engineering, as you'll work closely with diverse teams including mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineers. Your contributions will involve simulating intricate physical systems and enhancing our custom-built Digital Twin system, crucial for our reactor's development. You will take ownership of mission-critical software and tools that will ultimately drive forward the commercialization of the first mass-produced nuclear reactor. Imagine collaborating with like-minded professionals to create models that simulate reactor physics and refine representations of reactor components. Your work will not just be about coding—it's about making a genuine impact on how power is generated and delivered, particularly to underserved regions or crucial settings like hospitals during emergencies. If you're self-motivated and have a knack for communication, we’d love to have you on board at Radiant. In return, we offer not just an engaging and vibrant work environment but also excellent benefits that include substantial stock options, comprehensive medical coverage, and flexible paid time off. Join us and help ignite the next revolution in clean energy!
