This is a fully remote opportunity for a South African professional eager to work UK hours and make a direct impact in the healthcare space.

  • Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare candidates (e.g., nurses, carers) for UK-based clients.
  • Utilise internal recruitment tech tools to streamline and accelerate the sourcing process.
  • Work closely with consultants and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate searches.
  • Conduct CV screening, manage shortlists, and maintain accurate records within the internal CRM system.
  • Support in the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or candidate sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare profession and UK recruitment market is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps).
  • Ability to work UK business hours from Monday to Friday.

Salary & Working Hours:

  • Salary: R28,000 – R30,000 per month (excluding commission)
  • Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
