The Mission

Residence Supply products will stand the test of time and be in 500,000+ customer homes, with dedicated product lines encompassing all major fixture and furniture products within a home by 2028.

Role Description: Talent Lead

Residence Supply is building a world-class team—and we’re looking for a dynamic Talent Lead to drive our recruitment strategy and build an exceptional workforce.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to design and implement innovative hiring processes that attract top-tier talent from around the globe. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, optimize our hiring workflows, and elevate our employer brand to set us apart in a competitive market.

This is a full-time, fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while aligning with our core operating hours.

Key Responsibilities

Right from the start:

  • Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategies:
    Craft and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports our rapid growth and diverse hiring needs.
  • Full-Cycle Candidate Management:
    Oversee the entire candidate journey—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding—ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for all applicants.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team:
    Establish and manage an in-house recruiting function. This includes hiring and mentoring recruitment specialists to support our expanding teams.
  • Optimize Recruitment Workflows:
    Leverage modern tools and data-driven insights to continuously improve our hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate quality.
  • Enhance Employer Brand:
    Develop innovative campaigns and strategies that boost our visibility and position Residence Supply as an employer of choice globally.

In the near future:

  • Scale Talent Acquisition:
    Work with leadership to forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines across various roles and regions.
  • Data & Analytics:
    Establish KPIs and tracking systems to measure recruitment success, driving ongoing improvements through actionable insights.
  • Collaborate Across Functions:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our recruitment practices align with overall business objectives and company culture.

Need to Have

  • Proven Experience:
    At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a fast-growing, remote-first environment.
  • Expertise with Recruitment Tools:
    Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse), Calendly, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Data-Driven Mindset:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to set up, interpret, and act on recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent Communication:
    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Team Leadership:
    Experience building and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Global Recruitment Expertise:
    Experience sourcing talent internationally, particularly from regions known for high-quality, cost-effective hiring (e.g., Brazil, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia).
  • Employer Branding:
    A background in developing and executing employer branding strategies that resonate with diverse, global audiences.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Familiarity with emerging recruitment technologies and platforms that enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $20-$30K/yr USD base compensation
  • Bonus: $250 per candidate onboarded successfully
  • Vacation: 10 days per year
  • Remote Work: Flexible hours, work from home
