The Role: 


If you are crushing quotas and want a new challenge, RevolutionParts is calling! We are looking for a talented Account Executive with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive, and track record of success in Sales. You will be a pivotal contributor to growing our North American & Canadian footprint.


The Account Executive will drive sales growth within their assigned territory. This role will own all sales cycle stages, from qualification to close. Working in a defined geographic region, you will proactively engage with targeted companies, follow up, and close on various sources of leads.

*Please note that this role is hybrid, in office 3 days per week at our Tempe, AZ headquarters. There might be up to 10% travel.



Responsibilities:
  • Own dealer program enrollments by guiding them through the process.
  • Exceed activity and goals monthly for an assigned territory.
  • Be the subject matter expert on RevolutionParts' offerings.
  • Balance engaging with inbound leads and developing prospects through outbound.
  • Track all opportunities and customer details in Salesforce.


Requirements:
  • MUST be local to the Tempe/Phoenix market - In office 3 days per week
  • 1-3 years of Account Executive or translatable sales/marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required.
  • Excitement for sales, competitive nature, and desire to win.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in selling SaaS solutions.


$55,000 - $65,000 a year
This role will have a mixture of base salary and commission targets aligned to it. The number above represents the base salary range only.
