Your Role

  • You support the People Operations team in day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics

  • You contribute to the development and optimization of HR processes and take ownership of your own projects

  • You create and manage national and international employment contracts, certificates, and official documents

  • You maintain and develop our HR systems and ensure high data quality

  • You independently manage communication with external service providers, authorities, and consultants both domestically and internationally

What You Bring to the Table

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable qualification with an HR focus

  • You have initial hands-on experience in Human Resources—ideally through an internship, working student position, or your first permanent role

  • You have a solid understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in both operational and strategic HR topics

  • You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and are eager to take on responsibility

  • You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and bring a hands-on mentality

  • You speak fluent Spanish and very good English (any additional language is a plus)
