Robert Half Corporate Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Web Content Manager to support the creation, optimization and publication of thought leadership content that appears on the company’s website, as well as maintain editorial calendars and monitor and report on metrics. Experience with performing SEO keyword research, doing competitive analysis and developing link-building strategies is a plus.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Strategy, the Web Content Manager will work with writers, SEO analysts and others across the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to publish online content that supports business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Proofread and upload content on the Robert Half website using Adobe Experience Manager

  • Identify opportunities for new thought leadership using content gap analyses in coordination with content strategy managers

  • Evaluate content ideas from an SEO lens and provide feedback on the potential for organic traffic

  • Find stock images to accompany online content

  • Update existing online content with new research and optimize it for search engines

  • Update editorial calendar

  • Create social media advocacy posts for online thought leadership content

  • Produce and share out web page metrics and takeaways

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of communications or marketing experience

  • Experience writing, editing and proofreading professional content

  • Web content optimization experience, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimizations, and linking strategies

  • Proficiency using content management systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

The ability to effectively work in a remote environment is essential for this position.

  • Demonstrated capability to maintain productivity and meet deadlines in a remote setting

  • Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as video conferencing platforms, project management software and document sharing systems

  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and schedules for team meetings and collaborative activities

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$75,000.00 - $112,000.00

We offer exceptional earning potential and a competitive benefits package, including group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability. Robert Half provides paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week. A new hire earns up to 17 days of CTO per calendar year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays per calendar year. We also offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan or deferred compensation plan (if eligible), with an employer match of 100% on the first 3% of your contributions for eligible employees.
