Our team thrives in collaborative co-development environments, working seamlessly with design and engineering teams.

You will:

  • Prioritise accessibility and frictionless usability, ensuring all types of players can fully enjoy our partners' games.

  • Work directly in game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity) to build and iterate on UI layouts, systems, and assets.

This role is ideal for experienced UI/UX designer with a deep understanding of game development pipelines and a passion for games themselves.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Work hands-on in game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity) to implement, iterate, and optimise UI assets, systems, and layouts.

  • Develop and maintain organised, scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

  • Lead UI design efforts on specific projects, providing creative direction and mentoring junior artists and designers.

  • Partner with UI engineers, designers, and producers to integrate UI solutions seamlessly into gameplay and technical frameworks.

  • Contribute to co-development workflows, fostering collaborative communication between in-house and external design teams.

  • Advocate for accessibility and usability, ensuring designs are inclusive and frictionless for all types of players.

  • Manage and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while balancing creative and technical demands.

What We Value

  • Experience designing UI/UX for AAA or independent game titles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Deep understanding of game development pipelines, including direct experience implementing UI assets and layouts in game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot).

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. (Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and 3D design is a plus.)

  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain robust UI systems, including screens, menus, HUDs, and features.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering immersive gaming experiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

What You May Also Have:

  • Experience leading the implementation of impactful features in shipped games.

  • Experience working on globalisation, accessibility features, or live-service content.

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and 3D design.

  • Familiarity with modern industry trends in game development and UI/UX design.

What We Can Offer:
