Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our flagship manufacturing facility in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations leadership within the metal fabrication industry, specifically in stamping, bending, welding, and painting processes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Plant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Huntsville manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals are met on time and within budget.
