With a collaborative spirit, you'll work closely with Account Managers to ensure the ongoing success of a Global Contract and take on exciting new projects. As you navigate your path in customer service, you'll be responsible for following up on sales inquiries, issuing quotations, and maintaining organized records in Salesforce. The role involves efficiently managing multiple email inboxes and phone calls, along with handling PO chasing and invoicing tasks.
