    Are you passionate about innovative and state-of the art learning and training programs that will drive leadership development across all business units? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and driving learning programs that make a difference? Join our People & Culture Development team to shape the leadership development landscape across our global organization. As a Specialist (m/f/d) Leadership Development, you’ll play a key role in anchoring our Leadership Principles and their related skills within SIXT.

    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You consult with the business to identify learning needs and co-design global learning and development journeys, trainings and policies with experienced experts for our Operations, Service Center, Headquarters and TECH leaders
    • You support the success of global culture initiatives, employee engagement and performance management programs by developing clear and practical enablement materials for our managers
    • You monitor and evaluate key success metrics to continuously improve program quality and ensure program content remains relevant and up to date
    • You ensure program quality and the execution of global standards for learning journeys and policies in all corporate countries
    • You partner and collaborate with experts and trainers for training design and learning technology for optimal program development

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • Educational Background You hold a degree in business, HR management or a related field
    • Learning Design Background You have gained experience in designing and implementing Leadership Development programs and in working with external partners
    • Self-Starter You are proactive and accountable, with the ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
    • People Skills You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging diverse teams and navigating cultural differences
    • Analytical Strength You have the ability to use data and HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure program success
