Content Creator (Meta and TikTok Ads) - Munich

As a Content Creator for Meta and TikTok Ads at snuggs, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for ideating, creating, and analyzing high-performing ad creatives tailored for DTC audiences in Germany.

Your responsibilities at snuggs:

  • Develop innovative ideas for Meta and TikTok ads
  • Produce ad content, including user-generated content and video editing
  • Create compelling hooks and ad concepts tailored to our target audience
  • Research online ad trends, analyze competitor strategies, and explore creative best practices
  • Continuously optimize ad creatives based on performance data and audience insights
  • Test different ad formats, styles, and messaging to improve engagement and conversions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta and TikTok algorithm changes and advertising policies

What we are looking for:

Ideal candidates could be micro or small influencers who create their own content or social media creators who understand online advertising and must be comfortable using their own face and voice in ads.

  • Creativity with a strong understanding of DTC advertising
  • Knowledge of Meta and TikTok ad formats, trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Experience with video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Illustrator
  • Strong storytelling and content ideation abilities

  • Native-level proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English
