We are looking for a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support us in making the digital world safer by generating valuable sales opportunities and qualifying relevant leads focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).
About the role
As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you’ll receive guidance and mentorship from your team lead, buddy, and Account Executive - many of whom began their careers as an SDR themselves. Together, they’ll help you sharpen your sales skills and set you up for success.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers via various channels, make initial contact with relevant decision makers and get them excited about SoSafe. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold-calling, develop top-tier communication techniques, and learn how to drive business growth.
We work in a hybrid mode with three days in the office to foster strong connections within the team and celebrate our wins together!
Your mission:
Initiating contact with decision-makers at the executive level and in IT security within the SMB segment
Proactively approaching potential new customers through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Presenting our cutting-edge solutions to potential customers and at events
Collaborating with experienced Account Executives to close new deals
Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential customers for further follow-up
Your profile:
You’re a recent graduate or will graduate soon - your enthusiasm and ambition matter more than your area of study
You’re a strong networker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and local language
You’re proactive, have a positive attitude and drive to meet and exceed targets
You’re able to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
You’re eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment
No previous experience needed but an internship or working student role e.g. as a Promoter, Sales Assistant will make your start even smoother
