Salesforce Administrator & Developer

Are you a skilled Salesforce Administrator with development expertise in Apex? Do you enjoy collaborating with a team to optimize and enhance Salesforce solutions? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator & Developer, you’ll work closely with a talented team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers to ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform and integrations. You'll be responsible for administration, development, and optimization while also contributing to new CRM projects to ensure successful technical implementation and delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business needs.

  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

  • Collaborate on new projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution.

  • Work with the Product Owner to assess the technical feasibility of new requirements, estimate effort, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and answering queries.

  • Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to optimize Salesforce usage.

  • Support and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.

  • Strong development skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus but not required.
