Job Purpose:
- To provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Required Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Experience with benefits administration.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
