Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Be in charge of or participate in full-cycle recruitment processes, including working with different stakeholders to define recruitment needs, creating and posting job ads on suitable platforms, sourcing and selecting suitable candidates, coordinating tests, joining interviews, negotiating offers and consulting stakeholders. 
  • Proactively propose and implement new ideas or initiatives to improve recruitment processes and meet targets in terms of quantity and quality. 
  • Participate and/or lead internal programs/projects/events aiming at efficient hiring (Employee Referral Program, workshop, talk show, etc.). 
  • Lead and/or participate in recruitment events (company tours, internship programs, contests, etc.) in collaboration with the Communication team. 
  • Continuously expand talent pool and network development. 
  • Execute administrative tasks related to the team's budget and expenses, vendor contracts and payments, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in game/IT companies. 
  • Good knowledge and proficient use of ATS and diverse local job boards. 
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Good knowledge and experience in sourcing suitable candidates and fostering employer branding on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English). 
  • High sense of services, ownership and responsibility, focusing on result-oriented solutions. 
  • Positive and can-do attitude in difficult circumstances or under high pressure. 
  • Knowledge of the video game industry is a plus.

  • Work location: 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
