Responsibilities:
Field Management:
Lead centralized field management to optimize audience engagement and ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee daily triaging of high-priority exceptions, including issues with niche audiences, quality concerns, or fulfillment delays.
Manage offshore teams to deliver quality assurance, adhere to timelines, and meet client expectations.
Adjust operational levers, such as shifting between sample platforms (e.g., Cint, PureSpectrum, Crowdtap), to optimize costs and project success rates.
Budget and Margin Management:
Manage and allocate budgets to maintain or improve gross margins while ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor and adjust spend on sample acquisition and field operations to align with financial goals.
Proactive Operational Improvements:
Identify patterns in project performance and proactively adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Track macro-level operational metrics, including fill rates, quality, and costs, and regularly report actionable insights to commercial leadership.
Provide strategic recommendations based on trends, ensuring continuous improvement in operations and client outcomes.
Develop scalable systems to reduce inefficiencies and improve operational consistency.
Partner with Product & Engineering to build solutions that improve operational efficiencies, quality, and fill rates at margin.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with commercial leadership, sharing proactive insights and actionable recommendations to improve client outcomes and optimize processes.
Partner with internal teams to address feasibility concerns and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer retention.
Vendor and Quality Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key supply vendors, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality sample sourcing.
Oversee quality assurance initiatives, including proactive testing and monitoring to address issues before they escalate.
Client Engagement:
Join client calls to address concerns related to speed, quality, and feasibility, providing confidence and solutions to key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities and client needs.
Represent Suzy in industry forums, thought leadership panels, or events, advocating for innovation in audience operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field management, research operations, or audience management within SaaS or market research.
Expertise in managing budgets, maintaining margins, and optimizing operational processes.
Strong leadership skills, including managing offshore teams and driving quality assurance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
KPIs:
Maintain or improve gross margins across operations.
Increase sample fill rates and resolve project delays.
Enhance data quality and ensure adherence to timelines.
Deliver measurable cost savings through optimized vendor management and process efficiencies.

The target base salary for this role is $195,00 - $225,000
