Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant in the Auckland team! Leveraging the fantastic relationships and brand developed already with our experienced Tech & Transformation team, you will be responsible for opening new accounts and developing existing clients in a new vertical – Finance!

Having established strong relationships over the years, our clients are wanting to expand their partnership beyond tech roles, and we are looking for a new team member that specialises in finance to compliment this.

The Role and Team 

  • Business development across PSA accounts
  • New business development across clients driven by lead generation and research
  • Initiating, building & maintaining trusted advisor status client relationships in the Finance arena
  • Full 360 Recruitment initially and a willingness to own the process end-to-end whilst in growth mode
  • A highly collaborative and united team
  • A motivating work environment and great company culture (Auckland last couple has some of the highest engagement survey scores across our entire business!)

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a team environment – no lone wolfs wanted here
  • Agency experience, preferably in Auckland with an established network you can tap into
  • Extensive experience recruiting in the Finance domain both contract and permanent 
  • Consistent billings in your previous role(s)
  • The ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with potential and current business partners and stakeholders
  • Marketing / social media / personal brand understanding and evidence will be highly regarded
