As the Marketing Manager for Connected Living Solutions Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy and execution. This role is focused on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing our digital presence, driving channel engagement, and empowering our sales teams with essential sales enablement tools. You will also have direct leadership responsibility for two marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve both team and company goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
o Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, demand generation, and lead nurturing for B2B audiences.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, engineering, and creative, to ensure alignment of messaging and campaign objectives.
o Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
o Partner with sales operation team to ensure timely follow-up on marketing qualified leads.
2. Digital Marketing:
o Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
o Manage the business units digital presence and continuously evaluate and implement best practices for online engagement.
o Utilize analytics tools to measure digital campaign success, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Channel Engagement and Promotions:
o Develop and execute strategies for engaging with key channel partners.
o Create targeted promotional materials and initiatives designed to drive channel partner success and sales performance.
o Build strong relationships with channel partners to maximize the impact of joint marketing initiatives.
What Your Background Should Look Like:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, sales enablement, channel marketing, and event management. (Preferred experience in marketing within HVAC/Climate Solutions, Lighting, and Smart Cities industries).
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing direct reports.
• Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (ex. Canva, Salesforce, Adobe).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment and collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and creative teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing tradeshow and industry events.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $127,100-190,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
