Thuma is on the lookout for a spirited Retail Associate to join our vibrant team in San Francisco. In this vital role, you'll report directly to the Store Manager and play a key part in providing a memorable shopping experience that’s warm, friendly, and personalized. Our Retail Associate is not just responsible for sales—you're the welcoming face of Thuma, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our exquisite range of furniture and home goods. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining the visual identity of our store through stunning merchandising and stock replenishment, all while building relationships with our clients. You’ll also gain valuable experience operating point-of-sale systems and supporting our ecommerce customer experience team when needed. We're looking for someone who is eager to collaborate with colleagues to meet daily goals and ensure our store maintains its stellar appearance. This is a hands-on role that requires a great deal of mobility and the ability to lift items up to 75 lbs., so if you're proactive, motivated, and ready to make a meaningful impact within our team, Thuma could be the perfect fit for you.
