If you want to help our growing business staff our brands – Tropical Smoothie Café, VIO Med Spa and Hand & Stone

In this role you will be providing administrative and recruitment support to a franchise development company. You will have responsibilities to train and provide support in the areas of talent acquisition and administration while working alongside and learning from an experienced team of leaders. This is a flexible schedule and ability to work remote and in office. This role reports directly to the Owner.


Position Type: Part-time


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

? Develop recruiting strategies/identify and source candidates.
? Screen resumes/applications/interview applicants.
? Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
? Support operational management in all areas of the recruitment and selection process.
? Prepare HR/Recruiting Reports
? Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with managers.
? Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 year of recruiting experience preferred or a strong interest in recruiting
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1-3 years' experience as an office assistant or similar background.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
