TruMerit is looking for a passionate Human Resource professional to join our team and make a difference in the world as a full-time HR Generalist.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you play a pivotal role in various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within our organization. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of HR functions and will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, providing expertise, guidance, and support in various HR areas.
Modernizing our people practice and making sure we consistently and equitably execute Payroll Administration, Human Resources, Talent practices, and Benefits administration across our workforce is a priority. Our HR team is a small, efficient team that works closely with management to execute day-to-day Human Resource practices and identity and craft the training, performance, and recruitment programs required to establish TruMerit as the company of choice. As a result, every team member should expect to be actively engaged across the range of human resources operations and hands on at all levels of the organization. The expectation is that you participate in the ongoing development of the Human Resources capability by finding new opportunities to work more effectively and efficiently, prioritizing, and managing expectations, and approaching challenges/issues/needs with a “there’s always a way” mindset.
