Could that be you?

Your mission

Are you ready to work with some of the most influential companies in the world? As an Acquisition Account Executive at UiPath, you’ll target top-tier Global 2000 companies that are not yet customers of UiPath, focusing on industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, retail, high-tech, and travel & hospitality. You’ll work at the C-suite level and collaborate with key decision-makers in Digital Transformation to help them unlock the full potential of automation. Your mission will be to introduce them to our best-in-class automation solutions, enabling them to drive massive operational efficiencies and innovate their businesses for the future.

As a leader in AI-driven automation, UiPath is at the forefront of the agentic revolution—a new era where intelligent automation empowers organizations to achieve unprecedented speed, efficiency, and scale. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly selective, high-performing team that invests heavily in the professional development of its salespeople. We only hire top-tier talent, and once you’re part of the team, you’ll be supported by some of the best in the industry as you carve your path to success. You’ll be challenged, you’ll grow, and you’ll become even better at what you do.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Lead Enterprise Sales: Target and win new logo accounts within manufacturing, energy, utilities, retail, high-tech, and travel & hospitality—industries that are primed for automation. Focus on Global 2000 companies that are not currently using UiPath solutions.

  • Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to maximize revenue and capture untapped market potential across multiple industries.

  • Drive Sales Performance: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, managing the full sales cycle with precision and agility.

  • Promote UiPath Value Proposition: Evangelize the UiPath brand by showcasing the transformative power of AI-driven automation. Highlight how UiPath is leading the agentic revolution, enabling businesses to accelerate their digital transformation while improving operational efficiency, enhancing employee experience, and fostering innovation.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite executives, key stakeholders, and internal partners. Your ability to engage across multiple departments and levels of leadership will be crucial.

  • Market Insights & Opportunity Identification: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to proactively identify new opportunities and provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Work with RSI/GSI Partners: Collaborate with key Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to identify joint accounts, co-sell, and work together to expand opportunities. Nurture these critical relationships to help land key accounts within your assigned territory.

  • Internal Collaboration: Leverage specialist sales resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and overlay resources, to drive the sale of complex automation solutions across multiple use cases and personas.

  • Pipeline and Prospecting Support: Work closely with your dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support prospecting efforts and build a robust pipeline. You’ll receive invaluable help in identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and creating a strong foundation for your sales success.

  • Champion Automation: Identify creative ways to integrate automation into our clients’ daily operations, driving continuous improvement and empowering teams to focus on more strategic, high-value tasks.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Sales Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in a solution/value selling environment, with at least 3 years focused on the Enterprise space and a demonstrated track record of selling into large, complex accounts across multiple industries (manufacturing, energy, utilities, retail, high-tech, travel & hospitality).

  • New Logo Acquisition: Strong experience consistently winning new business and acquiring new logos, particularly within large, global organizations.

  • Quota Achievement: Proven success in exceeding quotas year-over-year, with a history of growing and managing a high-value enterprise portfolio.

  • Value-Based Selling: Ability to communicate complex automation solutions in an easy-to-understand, compelling way, driving excitement and desire for the solution.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent at collaborating across teams and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels, from technical to executive.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to research, plan, and execute on targeted account strategies that identify and create value for customers.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the success of both your team and your customers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred, but not required.

  • Automation-First Mindset: Strong understanding of the value of automation and a keen interest in helping customers leverage UiPath to transform their business.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
