Position Responsibilities

  • Create a legendary shopping experience on Uline.com for mobile and desktop users by providing digital merchandising insights.

  • Help improve related items and keyword web search relevancy for various types of products.

  • Conduct market research and evaluate customer behavior to make recommendations impacting our overall digital merchandising strategy.

  • Review web page design, content and functionality for clarity, consistency and ease of use.

  • Collaborate with Merchandising Product Teams and other departments including Creative, Internet and Direct Marketing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2+ years of business or marketing analytics experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
