At Uline, we believe it’s all about having good people and as Recruiter at our new Ohio branch, that starts with you! Match quality candidates with a job they'll enjoy at our new 1.4 million square-foot warehouse in Columbus. It’s an exciting time to join Uline - THE shipping supply specialists!

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles.

  • Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.

  • Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.

  • Serve as backup on other HR duties including, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, etc.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

  • 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

  • 1+ year of HR Generalist experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

  • Travel to job fairs, recruitment events and MUST travel for two weeks of initial training at Uline's other North American locations.
