Position Responsibilities 

  • Recruit active and passive candidates for senior-level corporate for Merchandising, Purchasing and Real Estate positions using job board sites, sourcing tools, social media and networking.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the business, their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position.

  • Identify and recommend recruiting strategies and ideas to support our growing business.

  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent and stay current with market conditions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 10+ years in sales, recruiting or a related human resources function.

  • Experience in a recruiting agency setting.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
