Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for Upwork’s Talent Delivery team
  • Oversee teams that recruit and deliver talent for various Upwork customers
  • Meet/exceed team SLA’s and ensure accountability for fill rate and quality metrics
  • Partner across Upwork’s business units to grow high-quality talent programs
  • Lead a team generating pre-vetted, high-quality talent benches
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment tooling
  • Ensure exceptional experience for clients, candidates, and partners
  • Drive automation and AI-driven recruitment tools
  • Leverage data analytics to drive recruitment performance

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
  • Master’s Degree preferred
