Responsibilities:
• Stand out from the competition by offering superior customer service.
• Deliver orders to customers within the scheduled time frames while maximizing productivity.
• Relocate the items with the aid of a hand trolley and set them up in the customer storage area.
• Conduct the routine action of repeatedly lifting items of significant weight, using manual labor, up to a maximum of 80 pounds.
• Taking intermittent breaks during work hours can boost productivity.
• Overcoming challenging weather while delivering items.
• Verify the delivery status of products with clients through communication.
• Acquire the necessary funds, either in cash or through checks, from the designated location.
Qualifications:
• One cannot fulfill this requirement unless they are 21 years or older.
• A necessary requirement for this position is to hold a valid CDL Class A, which must be obtained from the state of residence and be accompanied by the appropriate endorsements and DOT prerequisites.
• The ideal candidate would possess a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
• A driver's license that is issued and authorized by the state of residency is essential, with the necessary endorsements if needed.
• In order to qualify for this job, one needs to have a clean driving record, which implies no more than two traffic violations and no DUI convictions within the past three years.
• To qualify for the post, applicants are required to have commercial driving experience of no less than six months in any industry, or a three-month track record of delivering food and beverage items.
• Meeting the requirements of a DOT physical is a prerequisite for this role.
