As the HR Field Operations Manager at Via in Fort Worth, TX, you have the unique chance to make a real impact on the lives of our employee drivers and dispatch team. You’ll take charge of essential HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, training, and policy implementation while actively fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture. This isn’t just a desk job; you will be involved hands-on, whether it’s guiding an employee through their concerns or tackling new HR initiatives. Collaborating with both Via’s local and NYC-based teams, you’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring feedback is valued and that relationships with employees are strong. We’re looking for someone who possesses great judgment, has an eye for detail, and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of our evolving environment. From managing payroll and benefits administration to overseeing local vendor communications, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
