VSC, LLC is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, showcasing your ability to create positive experiences through outstanding service and proactive support. You will not only address customer inquiries and resolve issues but also identify sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their orders.
  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell products based on customer needs.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and records in our database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and follow up on potential leads.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversees the shipping & receiving of all sales orders, depot calibration and MRO equipment
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or inside sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
