We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our best-in-class rewards solutions.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
Define the vision and strategic goals for your product area, aligning with Yoyo’s broader business objectives.
Develop and maintain high-quality product roadmaps that balance short-term execution with long-term innovation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, and opportunities in the global loyalty, payments and rewards space.
Make clear, data-driven decisions.
Create and present clear, justifiable business cases for new product opportunities.
Experience leveraging product analytics tools to inform prioritisation, measure feature success, and optimise user experiences.
Showcase verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
Provide relevant updates to key stakeholders weekly and ad-hoc.
Translate requirements and insights into detailed product specifications, user journeys, and feature flows that drive meaningful customer value.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams
Work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Lead regular team meetings and stand-ups.
Foster and contribute towards a collaborative environment within the product team and across departments.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to align product initiatives with business growth and client success.
Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
Understanding customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Gather and analyse customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing.
Ability to analyze product performance, track user behaviour, and derive actionable insights from data.
Maintain a prioritized list of customer-reported issues and feature requests.
Coordinate with customer support to address escalated issues and track resolution progress.
Project management to deliver robust initiatives timeously.
Responsibility to deliver initiatives in agreed-upon, reasonable timeframes.
Ability to spot inconsistencies, reproduce issues, and work closely with engineering to refine and validate solutions before deployment.
Ensure high-quality releases through thorough user acceptance testing, identifying edge cases and owning the end-to-end delivery of robust products.
Qualifications, experience and skills we are looking for:
A relevant tertiary level qualification (BCom, BSc, BTech) is beneficial, but not required.
A minimum of 2 years experience in product management or a related field, ideally within fintech, rewards, payments, or SaaS.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management, UX principles and agile software development methodologies.
Strong grasp of financial literacy, business strategy, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Tech stack required:
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence (or similar product/project management tools).
Experience with Monday.com (or equivalent workflow management tools).
Ability to create user flows and process diagrams using Lucidchart (or similar diagramming tools).
Familiarity with Figma (or equivalent UI/UX design collaboration tools).
