We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven leader to join our Central Shop Operations team as a Shop Operations Lead for our online shops in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 Shop Operations Specialists, ensuring the seamless execution of e-commerce operations while maintaining high-quality standards in product activation, promotions, campaigns, and website management. You will also play a key role in driving process optimization, fostering knowledge sharing, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple markets.
