Water Refurbishment Lead

As a Water Refurbishment Lead at Quench, you will oversee the startup and daily operations of our new water production line in Grapevine, TX. This includes training and mentoring production team members, ensuring adherence to quality control processes, and optimizing productivity metrics. You’ll also be responsible for performing hands-on work on the line when necessary, including equipment setup and troubleshooting, all while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.

To excel as a Water Refurbishment Lead at Quench, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or refurbishment-related field, along with demonstrated leadership experience in team development. A strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work directly on the production line when needed.
