The Position

We are currently seeking a Water Refurbishment Lead for our new water refurbishment line in our Grapevine, TX location. The Water Refurbishment Lead will be responsible for setting up and managing the new water production line, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role requires hands-on leadership in training team members, optimizing production processes, and actively working on the line when necessary. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in teambuilding, equipment maintenance, and lean manufacturing practices to drive efficiency and operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

· Oversee the startup and daily operations of the water production line

· Train and mentor production team members to ensure we hit our Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals

· Ensure adherence to quality control processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain high product standards

· Track and optimize productivity metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement

· Perform hands-on work on the production line as needed, including equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting

· Coordinate with management, engineering, and quality teams to hit goals

· Support lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction efforts

· Regular and reliable attendance is required


Qualifications:

· 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or refurbishment related field

· Leadership experience with a proven track record in training and team development

· Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement

· Excellent organizational skills

· Reliable, Energetic, and Problem Solver

· Ability to think on one’s feet and learn rapidly without a great deal of supervision

· Must be disciplined, self-motivated, and able to meet team goals

· Ability to work hands-on when necessary, assisting in production and repair tasks

· Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong command of company’s policies and procedures

· Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience

· A desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produce

· Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

· Stands for extended periods of time (8+ hours per day)
