Ο Ρόλος

Ως Recruitment Automation Specialist, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος/η για το σχεδιασμό, υλοποίηση και βελτιστοποίηση chatbot flows, φόρμες και αυτοματισμούς που υποστηρίζουν μαζικές διαδικασίες επιλογής προσωπικού για call centers, retail και άλλους ρόλους.


Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός screening flows (chatbot / form / voice) για διάφορες θέσεις
  • Υλοποίηση flows σε εργαλεία τύπου Sendbee, Landbot, Typeform ή Zapier
  • Διασύνδεση των flows με Google Sheets, ATS ή CRM
  • Συνεργασία με recruiters και hiring managers για συνεχή βελτίωση των flows
  • Testing, versioning και αυτοματισμός follow-up με email/SMS


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • ΣΠΟΥΔΕΣ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΚΗΣ
  • Εμπειρία σε ένα ή περισσότερα: Typeform, Landbot, Sendbee, Google Sheets, Zapier
  • Ικανότητα σχεδίασης απλών user flows (chat / form / logic)
  • Οργανωτική σκέψη και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Καλή γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών


Θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία σε project HR Tech / ATS
  • Γνώση βασικής HTML ή API διασύνδεσης
  • Δημιουργία dashboards παρακολούθησης με Google Data Studio ή Looker
