We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated Business Analyst & Acumatica ERP/CRM Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and driving system and process improvements, with a primary focus on configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Acumatica ERP/CRM and supporting business systems like HubSpot, Survey Monkey, SaaSQuatch, Integration Fox, Payments Processing, DocuSign, etc. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the Acumatica system aligns with organizational goals.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

50% Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements
  • Develop process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Identify gaps in business processes and recommend improvements
  • Conduct impact assessments of proposed changes
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture requirements and validate solutions
  • Support the creation of test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing
  • Provide end user training and supporting documentation
  • Utilize PMO artifacts that feed the production process in a standardized manner with clearly defined RACI matrix
  • Design new features and create functional specifications, analyze backward. compatibility of product changes, negotiate specifications with all stakeholders.
  • Decomposition of changes in Acumatica screens/supporting applications and setting the task for developers, coordination of implementation details and possible changes to the original requirements.
  • Interaction with automated testing engineers, technical writers and support engineers within the project under development.
  • Comparison of functional specifications with actual changes in the product, acceptance testing and verification of corrected errors.
  • Maintenance: processing support requests, manual verification of the fixed bugs.

 

50% Acumatica ERP/CRM and Supporting Systems Configuration (Systems analyst)

  • Configure and customize Acumatica ERP/CRM modules based on business requirements
  • Design and implement workflows, recommend security roles and data structures
  • Develop custom reports or dashboards with Acumatica / or relay requirements for more complex reporting to IT – Data team
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to handle biannual software updates
  • Stay updated on Acumatica’s latest features and recommend upgrades or improvements for the engineering team to address in the product

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Higher technical education in computer systems, systems and networks; information systems and technologies, system analysis and management, computational mathematics and Informatics
  • Experience in system analysis, development of functional specifications for new system functionality, creating workflow diagrams - for 3+ years.
  • Experience supporting 2-3 of the following domains: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Support, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, Services – for 2-3 years
  • Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems, business processes and best practices
  • Experience with Acumatica customization tools, workflows and reporting or comparable systems
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, or scripting languages is a plus
  • Acumatica Certifications (is a plus)
  • Experience in writing functional specifications in English.
  • Experience working with both - developers and users, manual acceptance testing of the new functionality, writing test scenarios.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to clearly express thoughts, structure big amounts of information, decompose objects and processes.
  • Ability to adhere to the designated priorities and focus on results.
  • Desire to learn new things and improve professional skills.
  • Perfectionism, ability to model user behavior and see flaws in the running application.
  • Ability to build constructive communication with colleagues, share information and experience.
  • Very helpful: Experience in implementation/support of ERP systems.
