AdvisaCare is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and compassionate Part-Time Behavior Technician to join our amazing team! As a pioneer in personalized home care services, we are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and we want you to be a part of that mission. In this role, you will provide one-on-one behavior therapy services to individuals with special needs, guided by treatment plans from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You'll work closely with a multifaceted team to ensure each client receives the personalized care they need. Your responsibilities will include documenting client progress, collaborating with families and healthcare professionals, and being an advocate for our clients' needs. We're looking for someone with a high school diploma (or equivalent), and while a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, it's your compassionate heart that really matters! If you're certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), great! If not, we are more than willing to help you obtain this certification. With your strong communication skills and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, you'll be a crucial support to clients and their families. We'll provide you with comprehensive training and the tools necessary to thrive in this role. At AdvisaCare, we recognize and appreciate your hard work—enjoy competitive pay, paid training, and the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference. Let’s create a supportive and rewarding work environment together!
