Global Mobility & Policy Manager

The Global Mobility & Policy Manager will manage internal policies on travel, mobility, and expat management, ensuring seamless processes and global support. Global Mobility & Travel Management

  • Serve as the main contact for expats, supporting onboarding, work arrangements, visas, and relocations.
  • Oversee corporate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and optimizing costs.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts for corporate travel services.
  • Track expat assignments, travel expenses, and policy compliance.
  • Act as a liaison for expats and employees, ensuring smooth mobility and travel processes.
  • Address inquiries and improve employee experience in global mobility.

Policy Development

  • Develop, update, and communicate policies on travel, mobility, and expat management.
