For one of our clients, we are looking for a Vice President, People, remotely from the United States.

As Vice President, People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by building and leading a high-performing, values-driven culture. This position is responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR systems. You will develop strategic plans to scale HR processes, ensure compliance, and drive a positive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational culture, employee experience, and operational efficiency at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the hiring of top-tier employees with a target of 5-10 hires per month.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by implementing continuous feedback mechanisms, aiming for a 90th percentile Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
  • Establish and scale HR systems and processes for leveling, compensation, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations while developing HR frameworks that support rapid growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing People Operations team, setting ambitious goals and ensuring accountability across the team.

  • Proven experience in leading HR functions at scale, particularly in talent acquisition, culture development, and employee engagement.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling HR processes and systems in a growing organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
