Senior Employer Branding Manager (f/m/d)

Overview

As a Senior Employer Branding Manager, you’ll shape our global talent strategy, tell our story, and help us become an employer of choice. If you’re creative, strategic, and ready to own a function from the ground up — this is your chance. 

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with company goals. 

  • Define and promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top-tier talent. 

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to position our employer brand effectively. 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications to ensure consistent brand messaging. 

  • Build long-term strategies for employee engagement, retention, and brand advocacy. 

Operational Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content (blogs, videos, social media posts) that showcases our culture and employee stories. 

  • Manage our presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and job boards. 

  • Organize and participate in branding events like job fairs and networking sessions. 

  • Collaborate on internal communications to foster a positive and informed company culture. 

  • Track and report on key employer branding metrics (application rates, engagement, review scores). 

Qualifications 

  • Extensive experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing 

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing employer branding strategies. 

  • Strong portfolio of content that highlights employer brand (career pages, social media campaigns, employee stories). 

  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ATS platforms, etc.  

  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.). 

  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities. 

  • Fluent in English
