We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Office Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a positive and professional environment for both staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate staff or departments
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members
  • Handle office correspondence and ensure that all office supplies are stocked and organized
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain an organized and clean front office area
  • Provide support for company events and meetings as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
