Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Service Management, the IT Analyst is responsible for creating, sustaining, maintaining, monitoring and reporting on IT hardware and software asset inventories, including license and certificate management, and other technology analysis and support. These activities will include creating, monitoring and sustaining data records related to systems and assets, levels of usage, and reporting to support IT operations, audit, and regulatory requirements. This position will also support the operation and enhancements to ITSM and CMDB.

The ideal candidate for our IT Analyst position will possess a solid foundation in IT, along with experience in inventory management and the ability to harness Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Power BI effectively.
