Skills: Candidates must have strong project management skills, experience in education publishing sales and marketing, and proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation platforms.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, over 12 years of relevant experience, and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $120000 - $130000 / Annually

The Field Marketing Director is responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing the execution of a comprehensive, regional Go-To-Market strategy that supports the sales team in achieving both short- and long-term sales revenue targets and overall territory goals.
This includes but is not limited to, leading the development and execution of regionalized campaign plans, strategic and tactical adoption plans, multi-channel promotional strategies, territory-specific messaging and positioning, marketing collateral, and events, conferences, and sponsorships.

The gross salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000. This role is eligible for commissions based pay.
