About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled .NET Product Engineer to join our our Engineering team and help us deliver high-impact features and specifically contribute to the advancement of Arbor products.  The remit and focus of the role is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality software and infrastructure projects. It’s a broad and exciting role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge - if you’re a collaborative and a skilled .NET Engineer, this is the role for you.


Core responsibilities

  • Understand the requirements, design and develop .Net projects 
  • Troubleshoot and fix problems independently 
  • Be part of the scrum team and equally contribute to the overall delivery 
  • Communicate the daily progress of tasks and risks to Stakeholders 
  • Understand business domain including process flow and data flow for existing enterprise architecture 
  • Participate in Technical discussions and contribute to the same


About you

  • 3-4 years’ experience in .NET, C#, ASP.Net MVC
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles 
  • Knowledge in SQL Server and RDBMS concepts 
  • Good experience in debugging .NET web applications 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing

Bonus skills 

  • Knowledge in design and developing cloud native applications (Azure) and knowledge in Azure Cloud platform
  • Experience in Java Script, JQuery, React JS
  • Experience in developing Web Services (REST)
  • Knowledge on best practices related to security and performance of an application
  • Experience in Agile methodology


What we offer

  • Flexible work environment (3 days work from office)
  • Group Term Life Insurance paid out at 3x Annual CTC (Arbor India)
  • 32 days holiday (plus Arbor Holidays). This is made up of 25 days annual leave plus 7 extra companywide days given over Easter, Summer & Christmas
  • Work time: 9.30 am to 6 pm (8.5 hours only)
  • Compensation - 100% fixed salary disbursement and no variable component
