As part of an award-winning firm, you'll engage in crafting tailored insurance and risk management strategies for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include marketing assigned accounts, building robust relationships with insurance partners, and driving strategic initiatives that propel the firm forward. You'll assist the Placement Executive in auditing compliance and mentoring our Marketing Analyst Team, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives. Here, your attention to detail in analyzing various benefit plans will enable you to offer innovative recommendations to clients. You’ll also be tasked with generating insightful reports and exploring opportunities for process enhancements. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with key insurance markets, as well as proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. If you have a Bachelor's degree or at least four years of experience in the insurance field and hold an active insurance license, you'll fit right in!
