To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.

Join us a Barclays Finance Business Partner Assistant Vice President. You will be responsible for managing the financial analysis for several key partners in our Travel and Affinity Portfolios. You will be supporting the Business Management team providing financial knowledge and insights to drive strategy, maximizing growth and returns to exceed the goals of the company. Your role requires both analytical and presentation skills. Your performance will have high visibility within the Finance and Business Segment Management organizations.
To be successful as a Finance Business Partner Assistant Vice President, you should have:
• Ample experience in the Credit Card or Financial Industry
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Analytical, technical, and statistical skills with validated ability to process data into meaningful information
• Mentorship, interpersonal, multi-tasking, teamwork, and communication skills
• Result oriented and able to bring closure to issues
Some other highly valued skills may include:
• Degree in Finance or Quantitative discipline preferred
• Master’s degree/MBA preferred
• SmartView/Essbase, SQL, Alteryx experience a plus
